Betsy Lippitt, singer/musician:
A longtime musician and performer, Betsy is conservatory trained, a street theatre enthusiast, has played in bars as well
as orchestras, and appeared in concert nationally and internationally. You might remember her duo with Therese Edell or the
eclectic band Elberon or as a member of the cast of Jesus Christ Super Star, Godspell, or Tommy. Betsy
has composed and arranged commissioned works for various venues. As a lifestyle, Betsy pursues the expressive arts and employs
them in a therapeutic setting with individuals and groups. In recent years, she rekindled her interest in the performing arts
and appeared in the C.D.T. PTA series performing a solo violin piece and in collaboration with Bill Donnelly (2001) and poet
Pauletta Hansell (2002). Her self-titled album, Betsy Lippitt, is available on cassette, LP and CD. The music for "She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not" is an original violin and vocal piece reflecting Betsy’s
interpretation of the mood and content of the dance movements choreographed by Ms. Bump and performed by the group.

Without Companies shows and for the 2003 Ohio Dance Festival. A big fan of dance of all kinds, she has also studied West Aftrican
